The venue is located at the Concourse Event Space at the North York Central Library. If you are entering from ground level, you can take the escalators or stairs inside North York Centre down to the concourse level.
Travelling by subway: Exit at North York Centre station and follow the signs for North York Central Library (Yonge St West Side Exit). Go up the escalators one level to reach the concourse level, then walk straight ahead to the end of the hallway. The Concourse Event Space will be on your left.
Travelling by GO bus: The closest GO bus stop is Yonge St @ Empress Ave, which is across the street from North York Centre. If you need to get off at Finch GO Bus Terminal instead, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk from Finch Station to the North York Central Library. You can also transfer to the TTC and take the subway for 1 stop south to North York Centre Station.
Parking: Paid underground parking is available at North York Centre. There are also meter parking on side streets and other paid parking lots within the vicinity.
The venue does not permit outside food or drink - however, re-entry is allowed should you wish to eat or drink outside the venue. There are washrooms and a water fountain inside the venue, but you are also welcome to use the ones in the main library.
All attendees are required to check in at the entrance. Please bring a copy of your ticket purchase email confirmation and a piece of identification for the check in process. Attendees will be given a badge at check-in, which must be worn at all times inside the venue and shown to staff for re-entry. Check-in will begin at 9:00 AM and doors will open at approximately 9:30 AM.
