If you're an amateur or professional artist who creates for danmei and Chinese BL fandoms, apply to join the Artist Alley!
The application form can be found below and can also be accessed using this link. A copy of your submission will be sent to the email address you provided.
Any art you've created can be submitted as part of your application, but given the focus of this convention, priority will be given to artists who can demonstrate that they actively engage with danmei fandom.
The deadline to apply is December 31, 2026. Successful applicants will be contacted by email starting January 2027.
Items made with AI or made using art that does not belong to the artist are NOT permitted to be sold at this convention.
Since this is a convention centered around danmei and Chinese BL, artists must meet the following requirements for their table:
At least 60% of your table must include items related to an existing danmei work
Up to 40% of your items can relate to Chinese IP's, preferably with a focus on BL (boys' love). This can include non-danmei novels, manhua, donghua, live-action films/dramas and games. Chinese IP's with a focus on GL (girls' love) and original art items are also permitted as long as they represent 10% or less of your table
Examples of acceptable non-danmei Chinese IP's:
Novels: Lord of Mysteries
Manhua: Here U Are, The King's Avatar
Donghua: Nezha, Link Click, All Wishes Come True!
Live-action: Nirvana in Fire, ABO Desire
Games: Black Myth: Wukong, Road to Empress
**EXCEPTION: Mihoyo games such as Genshin Impact and all Honkai series will NOT be considered allowable Chinese IP's for the purposes of this convention**

Artists are encouraged to bring their own table (maximum of 6 ft) but will be provided with one if they're unable to bring their own. There is no height limit, but please ensure all contraptions are secure for safety purposes. No power sources will be provided so artists are encouraged to bring their own portable chargers.
Transferring or sharing a table with another artist is not permitted, but each artist can register 1 helper who must have a ticket for the convention (general admission or VIP admission). Details about the table sizes and space available to each artist will be communicated once details from the venue are finalized.

Payments can be made by E-Transfer (no processing fees) or by card (additional 5% processing fee).
Set up will begin 2 hours before the start of the convention (7:00 AM) and all tables must be ready by 9:00 AM.
Artists will have 1 hour after the convention to pack up (5:00 - 6:00 PM).
